What to wear
Wear comfortable form-fitting clothes that let you move freely while allowing your trainer to observe your movements. Please wear appropriate athletic shoes with non-slip soles
Important:
*PLEASE BRING some water and A YOGA MAT or a thick blanket
**Make sure you allow 1 – 1.5 hours AFTER a large meal or 30 min after a snack, before you begin exercising
***If you have any health concerns, especially any serious health problems or are pregnant, please consult your doctor first, before attempting any physical activities.
