I currently offer three formats of group classes: fitness, dance and meditation classes
I. General fitness based on Calisthenics (body weight exercises)

What to wear
Wear comfortable form-fitting clothes that let you move freely while allowing your trainer to observe your movements. Please wear appropriate athletic shoes with non-slip soles
*PLEASE BRING some water and A YOGA MAT or a thick blanket
**Make sure you allow 1 – 1.5 hours AFTER a large meal or 30 min after a snack, before you begin exercising
