As a wellness professional, I am very aware of common challenges to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. There’s a lot of conflicting information out there, too many choices and our busy lives get in the way.
Over the nine years of practice as a wellness coach and fitness instructor, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and tools that help improve life in various aspects, physically and emotionally. I have also seen many of my clients and students alike create lasting positive changes in their lives.
That’s why I would like to build a wellness group, where we can meet on a regular basis, set plausible health goals, discuss ways to achieve them, create a plan and then provide the needed support and accountability for each member.
I promise, you will not be offered any miracle ‘products’ or gimmicks. :)) If you are interested in no-nonsense, honest guidance, support and accountability that can help you improve your life, join us!
The group will meet once a month on Saturdays, starting 1/5/2019, for 1-1.5 hours, depending on how much we have to discuss.

Suggested fee: $15 (if you are not satisfied with your first group session – it’s on me) 🙂 I believe that wellness should be affordable, so if you are really motivated to improve your life but have budgetary limitations, let me know, and we’ll work that out.
