As a big believer in healthy practices, my preferences predominantly lie in the area of body-weight exercises, which use scientifically approved approach and create measurable results in a safe and controlled manner. I also believe that variety is the best protection from overuse injuries, fitness stagnation and boredom.
The arsenal of “tools” that I employ in my work with clients includes several hundreds of various exercises. Even so, I am committed to continuously educating myself and expanding my qualifications to optimize my clients’ workouts.
