Wellness support group

If you are interested in improving the quality of your health and overall life, if you are looking for no-nonsense, honest guidance, support and accountability that can help you improve your life – join our wellness group!

As a wellness professional, I am very aware of common challenges to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. There’s a lot of conflicting information out there, too many choices and our busy lives get in the way.

Over the ten years of work as a wellness coach and fitness instructor, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and tools that help improve life in various aspects, physically and emotionally. I have also seen many of my clients and students alike create lasting positive changes in their lives.

That’s why I created a wellness group, where we can meet on a regular basis, set plausible health goals, discuss ways to achieve them, create a plan and then provide the needed support and accountability for each member. I promise, you will not be offered any miracle ‘products’, MLM memberships or gimmicks. 🙂

Last year’s group turned to be fun, warm and interesting! I’m looking forward to meeting more wellness enthusiasts in 2020!

The group will meet once a month for 1-1.5 hours, depending on how much we have to discuss. I suggest weekends, but I would like to hear what time works best for you.

Suggested contribution: $20 (if you are not satisfied with your first group session – it’s on me) 🙂
