    For a year now I have had the pleasure of working out with the my personal trainer Tamara Eristavi. I am a senior and have always loved being active but was beginning to lack the motivation to go workout. I feel so fortunate to have found Tamara and with her expert skills I have accomplished not only a better body image but a new outlook on nutrition. Her workouts are fun and our time just flies by. We start with a beautiful meditation which always grounds me after a stressful day at work and then an invigorating hour of dance, yoga, body weights, bands and never ending encouragement.     I had the absolute pleasure of having Tamara as my trainer. She is knowledgeable, patient, and caring. She listened carefully to my needs and worked towards achieving my goals.
    She takes the time to make sure i’m feeling ok through the excercises and keeps encouraging me to continue.Unfortunately, i didn’t have a lot of sessions with her since i had to leave OC for a few months, but i saw good results.
    It was not only beneficial, but also really fun!Tamara is a truly wonderful and sweet person, i highly recomment her!

    I have been having workouts with Tamara. It is an extremely rewarding experience. We had the sessions in a park. So, it is with fresh air and open space, which makes the experience more unique. Tamara is a caring trainer. She listens to your problems and tries to give you advice. if she does not know the answer on the spot she would do research to help you with your problem. Her approach to better health is a gentle and natural approach which I have found it especially suitable for me. she is a very understanding person which is important for people working out with her.     Tamara is really great. She has been incredibly sensitive to my needs, as a newly and first-time pregnant woman, even going so far as to spend time researching on her own the best exercises for me.     Tamara is an excellent personal trainer. She is knowledgeable in physiology, nutrition, and understands the mind-body connection better than anyone I know.  I feel great knowing she is watching me exercise correctly in the right posture and form which reduces my risk of injury.  She knows how to adjust the body to maximize the benefits of exercise, from warm ups to the final stretch of your workout.I have worked with many personal trainers and none have been as patient, knowledgeable, and kind as Tamara.  She is great to work with because she knows and loves her work. Hi there, I am IT professional and as many people in my field I started to have problems with my neck and right arm. My situation was getting worse until I met Tamara. She is wonderful specialist. Little by little she managed to get me back to normal elaborately choosing the right exercises for my neck, upper back and shoulders. She is also using the right equipment. Using reverse table in combination with exercises little by little I started feeling better. By now I don’t have that discomfort and pain I used to have. Clients who experience financial hardships are welcome to make payments on a sliding scale. For inquiries, call (949)441-0678

Cancellations:
Scheduled sessions have to be cancelled with at least 24-hour advance notice. Clients are responsible to pay the full session rate for sessions cancelled on a shorter notice. Scheduled sessions can be rescheduled with a 48-hour notice.
